Public bug reported: Ever since the upgrade from 12.10 to 13.04 no account settings can be provided/altered for existing accounts in the UOA section of the System Settings. Only the Cancel and Done buttons are displayed at the top- right. There are no input fields displayed to actually provide any account login details. The same goes for e.g. the Empathy Options section of an account. This only appears to occur for existing accounts. I can add a new one and provide the account details, but once added, no input fields are displayed any more when I get back to the Edit Options section.
This goes for all account types like Jabber, IRC, ICQ, Google, Facebook, etc. Attached you'll find a screenshot of the issue.
