I ran the command for apport.  I don't see any logs attached here, but
supposedly information was sent to the developers according to apport.

** Description changed:

  Beginning with 12.10 I noticed that with each kernel upgrade the symlink 
/vmlinuz.old points to the new current kernel.  I change the link manually each 
time, but it goes back to pointing to the new kernel with the next upgrade.
