upstream'.

make localmodconfig
make-kpkg --append-to-version hyperv1 --initrd kernel_image
apt-get install linux-tools-comm
dpkg -i linux-tools-3.9.0-2_3.9.0-2.6_amd64.deb
dpkg -i linux-image-3.9.2hyperv1+_3.9.2hyperv1+-10.00.Custom_amd64.deb
