No, I don't, most of the time it stays at normal levels, below 10%. Probably
high CPU usage on the video was caused by frequent switching between windows.

So what? In what way do these two observations of yours concern the problem?
Can you refer to the main content of the recording and admit that at least for
some users the problem with texmaker exists?
