Installing bcmwl-kernel-source_6.30.223.30+bdcom-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb from Saucy
seems to have fixed it for me on Raring
(package downloaded from
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/saucy/amd64/bcmwl-kernel-source/6.30.223.30+bdcom-0ubuntu1,
 installed via dpkg -i)

Before that, I had kernel panic using Raring and version bcmwl-kernel-
source 6.20.155 as others described here. Downgrading to 5.100 seemed to
be a fix for me too contrary to what others in the thread experienced.
