Assuming that lsof did complete despite its warning, it would seem that my
unclean shutdown is not caused by ureadahead-other.log. I'm probably the victim
of the network-manager bug. Thanks Max for the investigations and copious
illuminations.
I had already removed myself from the This Bug Affects... list as this was
already my strong suspicion.
