Fabio, to correct this error you will nevertheless need to install the
new version of the conffile to /etc/init.d/networking. You should be
able to do this with 'sudo mv /etc/init.d/networking.dpkg-dist
/etc/init.d/networking && sudo dpkg --configure -a'.
