I installed on Ubuntu 13.04 and get this error after one of the updates for a new kernel. I doubt the issue is connected to that, but it is NOT directly related to the installation of 13.04 Raring.
I am NOT dual-booting. Exclusively Ubuntu 13.04 I do NOT get an error in which the normal error notification can occur. What is the 'real' fix? I see comments above on typing in sudo commands. It looks like the problem will occur again and you have to do the same command. Hmmm?
