Public bug reported:
Xubuntu 13.04 (AMD 64) dramatically slows down 5 minutes after
boot/reboot. It keeps lagging for ~30 sec-1 min, not allowing to move
the mouse pointer, or start any program, the desktop is almost frozen at
this time. This bug is reproducible in around 90% of cases. I'm using a
fresh install of Xubuntu.
