*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 1170483 ***

This happens to me with Thunderbird, Firefox, and others, not just
Nautilus like it mentions in the duplicate bug #1170483.
It always happens at start up. The entire system hangs for up to five
minutes except the mouse. After it does this a couple of times, the
system starts to run normally.
Fresh install of 13.04, open source ATI Drives, on a Dell XPS Destop
that is Ubuntu "certified hardware". I also ran a memtest86+, but there
were no errors.
