Public bug reported:
I am having trouble connecting to the ubuntu repository via the synaptic
package manager. I am finding similar difficulty in updating as well,
though should i use the command line "sudo apt-get update" it gives me
no errors, while using the gui it gives me the issue of either
FORBIDDEN, timed out, or server closed.
