1. Lack of ubuntu-universe-sponsors subscribed, not the archive. 2. libdebtgas1 doesn't exist in ubuntu. For it to supercede anything else, it needs to actually exist in ubuntu.
3. libdebtags doesn't exist in ubuntu either. Hence, please stop filing bugs like this, until you know what you're actually doing.
