My system still crashes after I updated the kernel today, May 24, 2013.
I have had three or four crashes, in about ten minutes, after installing
the updates. Occasionally, I am asked to submit a crash report after I
reboot, but rarely after the system crashes.

*** About Crash Reports ***

Some crash reports ask questions about the system, but those questions
use technical terms which I do not understand. Each question may provide
two or three options to select, but I can only guess at the answers,
since I don't know what the questions mean. One time I guessed the
answers, but I then thought that my answers might be wrong and
misleading. So I stopped doing that. Now I just press the "Cancel"
button when the crash report asks questions and this means that no crash
report is sent at all. Yet I want to send a crash report, only I do not
want to send a crash report with the wrong information.

Surely the questions for the crash reports could provide an optional
response such as: "I do not know." Or the questions could provide a
button which brings up a pop-up window that explains the technical terms
and tells one how to find the answers to the questions being asked. Or,
perhaps, a small script program could gather that information
automatically and send it with the crash report.
