Setting project to "foomatic-filters", as the problem seems related to foomatic or something it calls.
That might not be the right project; someone please change it if you know how to better target this bug to the people who can fix it. P.S. I'm suspicious of how foomatic calls ghostscript to interpret pdf & postscript files in software and re-generate new postscript for the printer.
