o.K Jose, you know this here is mainly on handling bugs, and not so much
about support.

Anyway, to bring your system in a state in which it is able to make the
dist-upgrade you must remove the maverik entries from your repositorie
file.

You can do this with the Software-Center -> menu -> edit -> software
sorces -> Other Software

and there use the checkboxes in front of all maveric repositories to
disable(uncheck) the repositories. You should also uncheck all not
official repositories like the oracle one. ubuntu-release-upgrader is
not able to handle this with good performance.

After this step please bring your system packages to the latest version
available from the quantal repositories(Ubuntu12.10) and than retry the
upgrade.

On this way you should be able to upgade to raring(Ubuntu13.04).
