o.K Jose, you know this here is mainly on handling bugs, and not so much about support.
Anyway, to bring your system in a state in which it is able to make the dist-upgrade you must remove the maverik entries from your repositorie file. You can do this with the Software-Center -> menu -> edit -> software sorces -> Other Software and there use the checkboxes in front of all maveric repositories to disable(uncheck) the repositories. You should also uncheck all not official repositories like the oracle one. ubuntu-release-upgrader is not able to handle this with good performance. After this step please bring your system packages to the latest version available from the quantal repositories(Ubuntu12.10) and than retry the upgrade. On this way you should be able to upgade to raring(Ubuntu13.04). greetings melchiaros If you have furhter questions on the procedure please use the Ubuntu answer section to get the needed informations -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1181470 Title: kubuntu12.10to13.04 upgrade is failing- ubuntu-release-upgrader is not disabling deb-src repositories To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-release-upgrader/+bug/1181470/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
