Rationale:
Unity's global menu bar is implemented by patching GTK+ to load appmenu-
gtk, which watches for GtkMenu construction and exports an equivalent
structure over D-Bus for indicator-appmenu. This module is meant as a
replacement appmenu-gtk so that the patch can be dropped.
MIR Issues:
The test suite cannot be run at build time since the module needs to be
already installed and in effect for the tests to be applicable.
Therefore the tests should be run post-install in order to be effective.
The other MIRs have also been checked and no other issues have been
found.
