The error in the logs is:
Setting up initscripts (2.88dsf-13.10ubuntu11.1) ...
update-rc.d: /etc/init.d/ondemand: file does not exist
dpkg: error processing initscripts (--configure):
subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
initscripts
This is not a bug in the package, but a local error
(/etc/init.d/ondemand has been removed when it should not have been).
I'm assuming you're no longer affected by this issue, 9 months after it
was reported; but in case you are, you would fix this by running dpkg
with the --force-confmiss argument, to restore the missing file.
