Public bug reported:
When using xfce with multiple workspaces, Notes 1.7.7 opens in whichever
workspace the computer happens to start-up on. It is then not apparently
possible to move Notes to the workspace where the user would like to put
it.
So, for example, Notes does not provide the usual <right-click> option
of putting it in another workspace.
