Hi :) +1 to all that. Except point 4. I think it's precisely because of the failures of others that our chances of success are increased 1. the failures at least raise awareness of the fact there are different opinions
2. It allows us to learn from the mistakes and try things a bit or a LOT differently Oh, and except point 1 also. No-one is talking about giving up except the people saying "that is not an option" or words-to-that-effect.
