I will mark this bug report as "Invalid" for Haguichi. As for the mono
package, I'll leave it up to the Mono team to decide what to do with it.
To me personally it seems like a bug that the GAC is not repaired by
Mono itself when it's found empty or corrupt, considering it can't run
any applications without it.
