tried "apport-collect 1184165"
wanted me to "sudo apt-get install python-apport"
which I did, and then ran "apport-collect 1184165" again
error: "ERROR: The launchpadlib Python module is not installed. This
functionality is not available."
so I'll change status "Confirmed"
