Then an Ubuntu Member and member of multiple testing and bug teams and other Ubuntu teams marks the bug Confirmed, saying it has enough info and is ready to be worked on. Then after 9 more user confirmations, a year and a half later someone else shows up and marks it Incomplete. Then he deletes useful, fresh debug info.
