I don't know if this will help as I have been experiencing the same with Zend Studio on Ubuntu 13.04 and so I contacted the Zend Support people and I will post their reply:
The problem that you reported is well known and applies to Eclipse 3.8 in general. We have the instructions on fixing it in Release Notes (http://static.zend.com/topics/Zend-Studio-10.0.1-Release-Notes.txt). To sum up, you need to run these commands as root: mkdir webkitlibs cd webkitlibs wget "http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/w/webkit/libwebkitgtk-1.0-0_1.8.3-0ubuntu0.12.04.1_amd64.deb" wget "http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/w/webkit/libwebkitgtk-1.0-common_1.8.3-0ubuntu0.12.04.1_all.deb" wget "http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/w/webkit/libjavascriptcoregtk-1.0-0_1.8.3-0ubuntu0.12.04.1_amd64.deb" dpkg -i lib* it now has not crashed since I did this. So worth a try to see if it fits this bug.
