The 3 possible ways to see the free disk space are not suitable at all. I am using a simple 1,6 GHz dual core Atom netbook and it takes about 3-4 seconds to open the properties window, until free disk space is displayed. And then it starts with heavy disk access to calculate the total amount of files (if I don't close the window, for tens of seconds). Not suitable, not bearable.
Either the status bar is brought back or I'll switch to Nemo.
