That is not a solution!

Ubuntu 12.10 and 13.04 manifest the same problem, there is no Linux
resource to modify the OS selection at boot time. If you install a boot
programme instead of Windows you should also ensure there is a user
friendly method to modify the boot options and default settings. This
situation is most unsatisfactory and a major oversight on the part of
the release team.
