Please sync cups-filters 1.0.34-2 (main) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Resynchronize on Debian, remaining change:
* debian/local/cups-browsed.upstart: Give up starting cups-browsed after
3 failed attempts in 4 minutes. This avoids infinite respawning when
avahi-daemon is not running (LP: #1098756).
The only change is applied in Debian.

* Upload to unstable.
