Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 13.04, 3.8.0-24-generic

When launcher is in 'auto-hide' mode, it appears to be inaccessible when
solely using Touchscreen input to slide, or even tap, the farthest edge
of the screen (whether left, or top-left is selected).

I've adjusted the sensitivity all the way down to the Highest, but it
still does not appear. Instead, it appears to hold focus on whatever
application is currently on top. In the situation where no apps are
open/near the hotspot, it is assumed I am either simply tapping the
desktop, or attempting to drag-highlight a group selection instead.

It should be noted that the cursor appears on the far edge, as I would
expect typical mouse behavior to emulate bringing the Launcher into
view.
