Public bug reported:

In my Power Information dialog, battery capacity is incorrectly
described as having energy units:

Energy full design 4.5 Wh
Energy full 0.9 Wh
Energy empty 0.0 Wh

This can be confusing since batteries are typically rated in terms of
how long they can supply current. A correct display would read:

Capacity design 4.5 Ah
Capacity 0.9 Ah
Capacity empty 0.0 Ah

If it is really the intent to display capacity in energy units, the
values reported would have to be multiplied by the battery voltage,
which is 12V in my case:

Energy full design 54 Wh
Energy full 11 Wh
Energy empty 0 Wh

However, since battery capacity is most commonly reported in Ah units, I
think the best solution is to report capacity in Ah units rather than Wh
units. And, to make the display look like the first one I proposed
above.
