hello, yesterday i tried to do this https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Hotkeys/Troubleshooting --> Step-by-step Troubleshooting & all the chars in "test mode" are recognized ( this afternoon i add all message!) but if run any other program like Firefox , Libreoffice, or new empty file keys do not work. After some minutes keys begin to function normally. (Every time i reboot the system i have the same problem)
