As of now (06/06/2013) and
$ cat /etc/lsb-release
DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu
DISTRIB_RELEASE=12.10
DISTRIB_CODENAME=quantal
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu 12.10"
I report this issue as well, fixed by creating the missing repository
and chmoding it.
