Public bug reported:
When I minimize Files after navigating to a location on a mounted (non-
root) filesystem, I can't maximize it by clicking its icon on the
Launcher. Instead, a new Files window comes up. I can still access all
the windows through Alt + Tab.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Files
2. Navigate to a mounted filesystem (a pendrive, for example)
3. Minimize Files
4. Click Files icon on the Launcher
What should happen:
Files window gets maximized
What happens:
A new Files window comes up, the other is still open, but inaccessible through
Launcher
