Don't you dare mark this bug Incomplete again! I upgraded my perfectly-
working netbook from Quantal to Raring and now wifi is unusable because
of this bug! It is C O N F I R M E D! What is "Incomplete" is Ubuntu's
decision-making about handling bugs!!!
