I don't see why this bug should be a duplicate of 1097519. The latter is
about using brcmsmac instead of the proprietary bcmwl. This bug is about
bcmwl, so I cannot be a duplicate.
There seems to be a not-so-well-thought effort of combining various
bugs. I note that brcmsmac does not work *properly* with BCM4313.
