Hello Chris, I updated the description to make it more relevant present
day.  Although I see your concern about the diacriticals, it was your
configuration.  However, it's a good suggestion.

  I realise there are a huge number of keyboards (mine is a standard UK
  version), but I expect other keyboards have similar combinations which
  are somewhat more efficient/specific compared with the methods
  presented.
