Thanks for reporting this. I was able to reproduce the bug, the problem seems 
to be with nagios3-cgi trying to remove some files that were already deleted, 
either accidentally or by some previous operations.
As a workaround, can you try to manually create the files it asks you (as empty 
files), and uninstall it again?
Some better management of the uninstall process should be required, in order to 
don't crash if the files don't exist.
