I went back to disabling acpi, as only feasible option to use this
laptop.

with either nvidia drivers or development kernel, it kind of works
(laptop doesn't crash when power supply is unplugged) but closing laptop
lid (even with suspend disabled) is crashing laptop.

Suspend doesn't work in any of combination I have tried.

In addition with nvidia prioprietary drivers X11 is crashing on startup,
so automatic login doesn't work.
