congratulations on discovering yet another bug :/ It looks like the version check is broken, I haven't used it for a while, but I just wanted to check for which version of the parser was involved. We can skip this command and move on as 13.04 should be the 2.8.0 parser. If you care you can use the command without sudo you should get the following output
