Thanks for using Ubuntu and reporting a bug.
The first two denials are because gdm seems to be starting telepathy in
its session. If I install gdm locally, it doesn't seem to be doing this.
How are you starting telepathy in this manner?
The third denial is perhaps harmless-- do you have schemas installed in
/usr/local?
