Thank you for using Ubuntu and reporting a bug. I just noticed this old
bug and couldn't decide between "Won't Fix" because it isn't really
specific enough or "Fix Released" because tools exist to accomplish
this. I chose "Fix Released because there are many different firewall
configuration tools in Ubuntu to achieve this: ufw is part of the
default install and gufw is a graphical frontend for ufw. Another tool
is shorewall.
