Public bug reported:

In currently Saucy, with an onboard Sandy Bridge Intel GPU, the desktop
has all the windows drown upside down (not rotated - things on the right
are still on the right side, but things that should be displayed on top
are displayed at the bottom).

This happens for both the standard KDE window manager and also for
Unity. If I run metacity --replace, the problem disappears.
