** Description changed:

gpgm2srt is Perl script for the conversion of graphical DVD subtitles into
SRT/SUB text subtitles. It contains its own OCR (Optical Character Recognition)
algorithm mastering diacritics and italics, and is equipped with a graphical
interface. It can also manipulate SRT text subtitles (time corrections and
shift, etc.). It requires the Perl-Tk interpreter, libnetpbm9, transcode, and
optionally other binaries.
