I am quite sure this qualifies as a feature and not a bug, added by
debian/patches/41_casecomp.dpatch.
Setting completion_cinsens to 1 does the trick (by typing "/set
completion_cinsens 1"). However it seems to ignore the setting in
~/.xchat/xchat.conf. Anyone can confirm this?
