I also have this occuring with pages without flash. http://quicktrip.brusselsairlines.com has a Javascript warning the session is lost after a few minutes if a ticket purchase is not completed. The only problem is I closed the window or tab long ago and I suddenly get a popup warning about the session as if the page was still opened.
