Public bug reported:
Right click at the desktop wallpaper > Desktop preferences > Advanced
and check the box before Show menus provided by window managers when
desktop...
Now Openbox menu should be enabled when you right click at the desktop
wallpaper.
Note that Chromium is still at the Openbox menu.
Pls, change for Firefox once we`re delivering FF by default on Lubuntu
13.10.
