I'm afraid this first bit is a "wontfix". There is no
python3-launchpadlib which we could use, so Apport needs to jump through
some hoops to use Python 2 for apport-collect (and Python 3 for
everything else). The foundations team does not want us to install any
python 2 packages by default, so we need to live with this message for
now.

I fixed that in the packaging branch.

That's fixed upstream in 2.10, thus in Saucy (hookutils does not use
gi.repository any more).
