Public bug reported:
After upgrading to kubuntu 13.04, 13 GB has disappearing from my root
drive, filling up the / partition and rendering it unusable. If I run
sudo xdiskanalyzer, I get a folder that is 13GB, but says permission
denied on it, even though such a folder does not exist.
