Hi thanks for adding your input! 0.4.15 has recently reached the testing phase, so once it has been found to work and be free of major bugs I will begin the work to merge it into 13.10 with the proposed fixes. It is actually fairly hard to get a fix into a current Ubuntu release. So, this bug may not be fixable for Raring :( Though, it is possible to try.
