Just updated a server and the default /usr/share/nginx/www/index.html
file was blindly overwritten with the 'Welcome to Nginx' one, as we're
just using it for a simple website, the default configuration was used
and this effectively took down the website (I had a backup and verified
site, so was off for less than a minute).
