I hit this issue when I was trying to install 'boot-repair' on Ubuntu
13.04 live usb. Was this fix part of the 13.04 release?

ubuntu@ubuntu:~$ sudo dpkg --configure -a

lzma: (stdout): Write error: No space left on device
