As i understand issue is only in suspend and resume, it wont cause troble
for me as i wont use these features,
if there is an issue. As long as shutdown/restart/dual boot works fine , I
will be OK.
I will install Win 7 64 bit and Xubuntu 12.04 64 bit, i hope dual boot wont
have any issue here.
3) Would i need to install this firmware update , but its said for Ubuntu 11.x
